As a family run business based in Benbecula, Scotland. Established in 2023. We offer a friendly, safe, clean, and reliable inflatables hire service at affordable prices, within Berneray, North Uist, Benbecula, South Uist, Eriskay and Barra.

From Local Events to Birthday Parties, Let Us Inflate the Fun! Organising a party or event can be very stressful at times, that's why at Uist Inflatables we promise to be on time, set up professionally and provide excellent customer service, to make sure everything goes to plan for you. Before hiring we are happy to discuss various options with you that may suit your special occasion to your requirements.

We have large bouncy castles and inflatables slides that are always showstoppers at any party or event.

All our inflatables have been PIPA Tested which is clearly displayed on each inflatable.

What is the Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Uist Inflatables Ltd reserve the right to cancel at any time, i.e in really bad weather. (If more than a light shower or high wind speeds/gusts reaching 24mph or any other reasons in our terms and conditions we may cancel for safety reasons)

How much space will i require if i'm booking an inflatable for my garden?

At least 2ft either side of the castle and 5ft in-front of the castle for the safety mats and blower. (Measurements for each inflatables can be found on their product page)

Are the inflatables suitable for indoors and outside?

Most of our castles come with a built in shower cover, therefore our castles are suitable for indoors and outdoors. I f you your castle is for indoor use, please measure the ceiling height (if unsure please contact us before your event)

How long can we hire a bouncy castle for?

Usually from 2-6 hours, if you require a longer rental from 2-14 days please contact us on 07880743437

What if I have Astro Turf?

Astro turf is classed as hard standing, we will not place castles on hard standing surface, unless it's indoors, this is due to strict health and safety rules.

Are you insured?

Yes, we hold a 5 million public liability insurance (certificates available upon request)

How do we pay?

Cash on the day of delivery or Bank Transfer day of booking.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking due to bad weather?

We will keep all our customers up to date on full weather reports, if winds are above 24mph we will have to cancel our bookings due to health and safety. But if you wish to cancel for any reason we offer a free cancellation as long as it's 24 hours before your booking!

How long does it take to set up the bouncy castle and deflate the castle?

It only takes 15-20 minutes to set up and de-rig our equipment.

Setup and Electricity?

We supply our own extension leads and will need access to power supplies

Will you supply the safety instructions and forms?

All safety instructions and contracts are supplied with all our hire equipment. We will also have to go through our checklist whilst setting up, which you'll have to sign.

What does the price cover?

Price includes: Set up and collection, Safety Checks, Hire of up to 6 hours and Delivery within Benbecula Areas.

Price does NOT include: Additional costs if damaged, Delivery Charges out with Benbecula.

Do the inflatables need manned?

The only inflatable in need of being manned is the Bungee Run due to insurance purposes.
